With over 50 years’ experience across the North West, JLL continues to be an industry leader in the real estate market. It’s residential city centre offering has grown from strength to strength in recent years and is seen as a more premium offering in the residential sector.

All estate agents offer a competitive service and offer, but getting seen and noticed in a saturated market needed something a little special.

‘Let us move you this Autumn’ was the campaign brief title here and rather than go for the generic obvious, a slightly more ambitious route was proposed.

Taking the names of the most prolific city centre apartment developments, a typographic illustrative sycamore leaf montage graphic was produced.

This was then applied through with a strong offer statement graphic across mailers, press advertising and digital.
