Just had this fab new logo brand board done for the studio. Looks the biz. Hides the shiz!
This piece began life as a conversation regarding trade exhibition creative and it got me thinking whether not I should have something for promotional purposes. Would I ever need anything, then if so, what would I use. More importantly how would I produce it?
Decided to get this produced as both a stand alone studio piece and ‘hide all bits’ screen . It’s our current logo brand laser etched onto a thick chunk of birch ply board and was produced by the most commendable M3 Industries. Aaron at M3 kindly ran this piece a little slower through the machine to achieve real depth in the solids and the results look great.
I always like the idea of pushing things a bit, and other than knit myself a pull-up banner, I thought this the smart option. Love the sharpness of the laser cut lines against the natural grain of the ply.
…also storage space is a little tight in studio and we really needed to find something to cover the unsightly ‘bits’ which lurk below the display desk where we keep our goodies. It was spoiling the view.
